From Trusted Partner to Accredited Installer
Our journey with Octopus Energy began as a Trusted Partner, joining a network of carefully selected installers recognised for their expertise, quality and commitment to customer service.
We’re now taking that relationship a significant step further.
As an Octopus Cosy Accredited Installer, Aura Retrofit has undergone dedicated training and practical assessment by Octopus Energy. The accreditation process includes training with the same teams responsible for training Octopus’ own in-house installers, alongside test installations that are assessed by Octopus’ technical specialists.
In simple terms, it means we have demonstrated that our team can install the Octopus Cosy heat pump to the high standards expected by Octopus Energy.
And, on top of all that, we’re particularly proud to have achieved a perfect score during the accreditation process – a fantastic reflection of the knowledge, workmanship and attention to detail demonstrated by our installation teams.
What does this mean for homeowners?
For homeowners considering a heat pump, choosing the right installer is just as important as choosing the right technology.
